You control the ads shown on your site. They have banner ads, sliders and popunders. Reporting is also the best I have seen so far. I can really recommend them, check it out! Impressions show immediately but earnings show after a day or two.

It varies by ad. And you can deactivate ad campaigns that pay too little, or have a low CTR rate. In my list I can see ad campaigns that vary from $0.01 up to $50.00!!
