Yep it's true, I am now an official 'member' on Digital Point and it feels goooood! No longer do I have 'greenhorn' after my little photo, I think the world is about to change from this day on and this momentous occasion is all down to a very nice lady from Canada called Colleen because she was the big 3 on my likes (obviously I need to say thanks to Shawn too - Mr Digitalpoint!!) So, as ever, great to be part of Digital Point and even better to be a 'member'! James

Your post while articulating your sentiment will not get you any likes. Rather you ought to have explained to him what it would mean to you to become established, and have congratulated him with more than a one liner. Members are being encouraged to *write* as opposed to banging out 1 liners. Congratulations James, perhaps you could enlighten us as to how you got your 3 likes? This would greatly help all the other greenhorns as to how to get established.
Hi Spoiltdiva, Thanks for the message. Well to be honest, I guess I just had fun! I commented on posts that I found either enjoyable or interesting and only commented when I had something to say, rather than for the sake of doing so! I didn't join DigitalPoint for any one reason, it was to meet and connect with people that were in the same industry as myself and as I work from home it gets a bit 'lonely' when you can't have a chat with others like you would in an office. So, my best advice is, post comments and threads that have some substance and meaning, have fun and most importantly, say thank you to people! All the best, James
