These folks copied one of my web sites and are using IP-based cloaking to hide that fact. They are showing my content to Google and they are showing this spam to human visitors.

I've reported them to Google, to no avail.

If you have a moment, please click the "Ads by Goooooogle" button and tell Google how you feel about publishers like this in the AdSense program.

    Thanks!

Done. Hope they get busted. Which site of yours are they stealing content from?

As an AdSense publisher, I know that I have a lot to lose if AdWords advertisers lose faith in the AdWords/AdSense system because of all of the crap in the system. Therefore, I want the system cleaned up before that happens.

It is beginning to feel like the only way to get the system cleaned up is going to be widely publicising some of its flaws -- to the point where Google is forced to fix them in order to protect its stock price. Unfortunately, the net effect of that may also be to cause AdWords advertisers to lose faith in the AdWords/AdSense system!

I don't understand why Google is so slow to act in these cases, it surely can't be that hard to follow up complaints?

Report filed. I hope it has an effect. I reported a scraper last week and it's still around. I agree that it needs to be cleaned up some.

Google will allow sites like this one, and other violators, to continue.
    WHy?
    Simple, profits to google!
Then when the time comes to payout to these webmasters, they ban them.
    Thus making more profits!

At some point in time, adwords users will really bang google and google will have to do something.
Until then, as recent court cases have shown, it is cheaper for google to just settle the cases than to admit they screwed up.
