    I Found this SE while i was searching for something at Google....

    its a search engine that let you personalise your search in true way... How? check out by your self!

    Ok to answer this, the SE should be
    1) fast
    2) provide relevant results
    3) should index/crawl sites first.
    4) Keep constantly evaluating the sites. Bot once in 6 months like google.
    5) Rank results.
