As long as the parent allows the account to be made, they can be whatever age they want to be.

Lol, I want to first thank everyone for there help.

To clear things up, I really do have a sister, and I am not intending to fraud google by building a website to get accepted and then placing ads on my old website where I was banned.

I really wish that there was less of this argument and controversy on DP. I asked a question, and thank all those who answered. But other people here just want to pick you apart and question your motive behind all this.

If I really was 16, would you still help me to answer my question? [Not that you did any help by posting your first message anyways]

Anyways, I got my answer and will email Adsense to confirm. Thanks to all that helped, and you guys can continue wasting time discussing about my age, my website, how I got banned, that I'm a cheater, or whatever it is that intersts you guys.

    Per google:
Payee must be at least 18 to participate.
Then the parent of the child has to be the payee.

    Pure and simple...

If the parents are the Payee then they must accept the tax liabilty...........................

I often wonder how many realise that.

Just put something in as payee to the order of:
John Doe - Parent of Jane Doe

That way, they do get the money, but the tax liability falls on Jane.
Which as usually a child, has little to no tax liability.

I have an Adsense account since 4 Feb. 2004, my only site is up since 1997, has PR8 now, and is selling the shareware which has about 12000 downloads a day. So I guess what "long-term" means, don't bother to explain.

The author of the topic asked for an advice, I gave him an advice upon the facts I have. The guy banned from Adsense is my friend, he was somewhat "naive" when he placed ads on "thank you" page - he simply didn't read the TOS :) He reapplied under his brother's name in autumn'2004, he doesn't play with the system's rules, he's doing well for 7 months so far.

Hope this clarification is enough, and I see nothing bad in the fact that people do learn from their mistakes.
