I hate them, yes I actually hate them. This has happened to me not once but twice now. Each time for different sites. They have suspended all my sites under an "abuse" issue. They dont send any email to warn me if I am breaking TOS. They just go ahead and suspend them without even letting me figure out what the problem would be. I wake up, see that ALL my sites are suspended, pointing to a email address. So I contact support and they leave me on hold for like almost a decade. First they tell me that I haven't paid my bill, okay I was kind of embarrased that I had forgot to pay it so I remitted payment right away. I then contact them again, telling them that I need my sites back. They ask me if I had received an email from the "abuse" department. I told them No, I didn't receive any such email. Besides you have suspended all my email accounts so it would have been next to impossible to have received it. I then get put on hold for yet another hour!! Yes I said HOUR!!! They still don't know why my account was suspended but they are (in their words) "pretty sure" it was from an abuse issue. I said look I have NO idea what you are talking about, but the fact that you suspended each and every site + subdomain + email that I have with you is absolutely ridiculous. I am a paying customer and this is very unprofessional. Why couldn't they just suspend the one site that "may" have been in violation of their TOS? If indeed there is a site that is in violation of their TOS. So all in all they have suspended 6 sites of mine, all of them are now on their parked page. Which in itself is not fair. I am losing money each second these unprofessional jerks don't get my sites back up. Sure, if one of my sites is against or breaking their TOS, couldn't they have just emailed me and I would have mediated the problem and fixed it ASAP? Why wouldn't they give me any notice? Why would they suspend EVERYTHING? I just wanted to warn everyone before giving your hard earned money to these people. Think twice unless you like being left in the dark as to why all your sites have dissapeared. So it looks like I now have the painful task of moving all my sites to a different host.
Sorry I also forgot to mention that NONE of my sites except one, gets traffic. They are all in PRE PRODUCTION stages.. So I can't be using too much bandwidth. I also just got this response from their tech support: There is an issue with the account at this time. Our ticket system is currently under maintenance. So it is kinda hard to tell the history on the account. Until our ticket system is back up. I will have to ask you to be patient while the maintenance finishes. Yeah whatever, Anyone got any recommendations for a good linux host?
Not really, I am running a script site which is selling one of my scripts so I am technically losing money and time every minute they don't get my sites back up. Whether it be working time, or someone purchasing. My emails don't work either.

Are you trying to say that your somehow responsible for my sites being down RichUser, Please dont think I would give you that much credit. You obviously hold yourself in very high regard.
Its all too hard for them to find out when they are updating.But just remember try using those small hosting companies.They take just few hours to get updated,keeps good communications and hardly charge a thing compared to their services.
We call accounts before suspending them. (unless for nonpayment which sounds to be case with you) We email before suspending them. If you were past due that means you would have been emailed over 10 days ago. If you look at like 99% of the complaints about us here it's usually two things. 1. fraudsters expecting to get paid for fake hosting signups. 2. Customers who haven't opened a ticket to contact our support. What is your ticket number? Thanks

Fake hosting sign ups?? What the heck does that mean? I have one site live and a few other ones in pre productions stage which means they aren't even getting any traffic. I will PM you my ticket number. I have been redirected to sales back and fourth and I just want my sites back up. One of your tech support representatives told me it was an "abuse" issue, which I highly couldn't imagine that... I am barely using any resources.
Hacking? Nah, I don't even need to take it to that level. On the other note, kiddy scripts are sweet.
Thats why you go with a good host not some no name hick servers are in the barn hosting service. And if they got all this time to troll the dp forums then something is not right i dont see bob parsons here at digital point.
