Yesterday stats showed $X, today they show $2X. Happens every day

When I look at my previous day reports each morning, two of my smaller sites show $X in revenue. Let's say the report day is January 1 and I'm looking on January 2. The next day, January 3, the stats for Jan. 1 have doubled. This is happening to these two sites every day, but not to my largest site. WTF?

Are you advertising your site(s), if yes the problem might be from advertising.. :)

if your X means 5 cents, it may be totally normal, but if it's 50$ ...

    anyway, is good for you.

I see after the fact adjustments in my favor on Adwords (charges are reduced due to click quality). I don't see changes to Adsense it almost seems to be real time.

I went back and looked at payments vs. reports and figured it out. I have channels for each domain, plus channels for ad types. So I might be seeing:
    • domain1.com - $.25
    • 300x250 - $.10
    • 468 x 60 - $.15

They add up to $.50, but I've only made $.25. The strange thing is, this doesn't happen for my main site, just new ones. Bizarre and confusing.

As far as it reporting this on the second day, I can't verify that now. Maybe I was just reading it wrong.

I have noticed a factor of 3. On a bad day I could make x. On a good day, it could be 3x. The x figure is in dollars, so I'm not talking about cents (like 5 cents to 15 cents).
