Yesterday my moneybookers account has been locked.

    Hello! Yesterday my account in moneybookers has been locked for outgoing transfers and credit/debit card payments....why?When i am trying to contact them by e-mail support no reply! :(

    Please help to solve this problem,

    Should that be the toll-free number? I'll give it a try on skype though. Anyways, what do they require to unlock your account? Just to talk to them or scan and send them some Utility bills and or IDs (same as paypal)

    moneybookers are worse than PayPal.

    They can block your account for trivial reasons and their support is the worst I've seen - no reply to emails for weeks on end.
