Yesterday My 9 day old site broke into the top 100,000 of Alexa! Amazing :D

    how uch traffic i need on the site to get it under 100k ?

    none of my sites are under 100k even though they are old.

    I think this is a good time to create links on other websites. They won't mind linking to a 9-day old site in the Alexa top 100,000

    I guess my sites in a very popular niche.

    If your niche isnt popular then dont worry about alexa rank, just worry about revenue!

    Im starting to build some links which is driving a bit of traffic!

    If your not ambitious as a webmaster then theres no point starting a website!

    Go to -> http://www.alexa.com/

    Enter your URL in the section "Find sites about" and click GO.

    Click your sites URL in the results page. It will be at the top after the text "Get siteinfo for:"

    Select traffic stats -> traffic rank. Then on the right hand side there will be a list of:

    yesterday
    7 day avg
    1 month avg
    3 month avg
    3 month change

    Go to yesterday look right and it wilol show your daily rank :D

    install the 'alexa sparky' addon for mozilla to check your alexa rank,
    it automatically checks your rank for every page you visit.
