I do not know very much about ads network but I can tell you how to improve your traffic. You have a porn site so it's a bit more difficult to promote it because it's not accepted on many sites. You can build quality backlinks and improve your traffic through payper post, blog postings and article submission, I'm not sure whether most article directories will allow articles with backlinks to porn sites? Because porn is a difficult niche to market, you should look at the backlink structure for some popular porn sites to see the sites that are linking to them.
