You mean re-legalization. Once upon a time (before paper companies succeed in making people fear it so they wouldn't be put out of business by the far superior hemp product) it was legal to smoke a safer-then-alcohol-cigarettes-and-even-driving substance.

it would bring in allot of jobs. It literally could get us out of the recession. And increase restaurant spending music art movies. The tax on this could be a vast vast amount of money. Like 100's of millions a year.

I think it should be legalized. My question is what public policy would be implemented when legalized? Such as, driving while stoned, tax revenue allocation, legal age, where it can be sold, THC potency levels, vendor licensing...

Tough question. The potency seems to be increasing which makes it more dangerous. I would go by what has happened in other countries.

if something is legal, it attracts less attention
people always enjoy illegal, 'cos people enjoy excitement ;)
think of yourself, if I say u not to open a door, u will always be curious about what there is behind that door
but if there is a room, full of interesting things and free to enter, u will enter that room 5..6..10 maybe 15 times and get bored ;)

one of my friends went to holland
he uses marijuana here in Tr
after a months later, he told me he stopped using it
I asked him why, he said "it is insignificant here."

or think of gold, it is so valuable.
    why?
if all the rocks around u is gold, will it be as much valuable? ;)

and if we look at in which country people feel most positive about their lives
    Holland (Netherlands) is the third
    think of the reason lol

maybe because of this menu lol
