    When I open it in the IE7, the play button does not work. The representative says, that there is no problem on their side, so it must be something wrong with my browser.

    Could you please have a look and post in this thread something like this:
    IE7 - everything works
    or
    IE7 - there is a javascript error, but ringtone sample plays as it should
    or
    IE7 - the ringtone does not play for me
