Are you a physical business also?

If so how is the area? can you add any photos of the real premises? or photos of real people rather then cheesy stock photos & clipart.

was slow to load for me (probably my net connection), but the compare section was nicely laid out and easy to match up and follow

What? I know it's pathetic, but cheesy stock pictures are what works.

I do not like the template it has a generic look and feel to it, I think you
should get a more unique template.

I would put your PC comparisons into a table and exact line compare each feature side by side. Would be easier to visually see/compare the differences instead of trying to eyeball the shifted lists?

Design has some aesthetic issues, but don't want to get too picky :p

It will be better if it can relate to potential customers about the company background maybe with location maps and real snapshot of the place. I can't find it at the moment at your site.

Is that your main page or just the header? It looks to small to me. Try to add header, body and footer.

The site ID (your logo) should be clickable (and it should take you to your homepage). And it's a common practice to show where I am in the menu. (For example if I'm browsing the "Contact" page the Contact link in the navigation should change; maybe turned bold or something similar).
