I would like to sell a niche site that I have owned for about a year now. The domain is http://cheappcgamesreviews.com. It has 256 backlinks, as shown by Yahoo, and currently ranks #11 for the primary keyphrase "cheap pc games".

This site had keyword research carried out before being developed, and it is possible to rank #1 for that keyphrase with a little more work.
