Year End & New Year Decline in CPC! Anyone else?

Whole December was really fantastic, as every day beats the previous – except 31st. Today, 1st day 2006 - is worst as yesterday. (But have to agree both days produced higher earnings than their previous months. )
As I haven’t completed 1 year I don’t know what it was like last year. Is it like this every year?
Anyone else see the same trend or I’m alone here?

 

I'm seeing an increase in CPC as of today, I'm guessing new month/year advertiser budgets are kicking in.

50% down for me, I am going to be moving my ads around though to get better positioning.

 

traffic at a standstill. high CPC , but useless since few clickies.

December best month so far (joined July 2005). Too early to tell for January.

Seems I hit a low the past few days, but today looks very promising, guess it had to do with a post-christmas slowdown such as campaigns ending and month's budgets running out. I guess CPC will be higher later this week.
