yeah, I got a problem and now I'm stressed.

Please allow me to rant.

Before the christmas Holiday I topped out at over $10 every day for two weeks. This was good becuase it was at around $6. During that time I was running around trying to use other systems and differant ways to make money online, but when the adsense went up I got hope.

Ok, I'm sorry, I may have been bragging a few times here and there. I was excited that I was moving forward and didn't know how to handle the emotions. After the two weeks of stable over $10 per day with adsense the christmas holidays started.

It flopped around on the 27th to $2's and $3's. There was nothing I could do but wait it out until this was over.

Now it's over and my site is struggling for $5's. It's not going up. The traffic went down, and my SERP's went down all around. All because of this damn holiday.

And now I have to spend another year trying to get away from my stupid fulltime job again....AGAIN.

I did so much with a lot of effort, days and days spend just working, tons of effort doing things the right way and learning from my mistakes.

And I get to try again. woo-hoo. By the time I'm 50 I'll be able to quit my job.

 

Ya same here, damn holiday. Christmas is like a giant blood sucker for all of us.

 

Been there bro... its harsh. Worst is when you're starting to make a good chunk of cash and your account gets spammed by someone and closed down by google. That's what happened to me. Coulda killed someone!

But... I am back at it again. A few venues this time. I never again put all my eggs in one basket so to speak.

Is adsense all you? What is your site?

 

Stop whinging. I went from $15-$18 a day to $1-$2 a day for like 6 months.

 

Adsense all me? You mean is that all I do? Nah, I sell links, pages, banner spots, use kontra, CJ.com, etc.

Ahahaha, yeah right. I've seen you around DP for awhile. You probably made like $80,000+ last year. Maybe not with adsense, but all together I should be able to whine to you more than anyone else around here

 

Lol... How true. He is probably the highest paid Signature link seller in existence. No life on DP does pay off... eventually. lol!

 

What's Signature link? sorry, but honestly I don't know it for real. I've heard everyone talking about selling sign link. Do they put someone's site in their signature and get paid for it?

BTW, my earnings went down by 50% as well.

 

We are all on the same boat as you; my earnings were also slashed, but are starting to recoup now.

Same here - Play Game was earning 8-13 bucks a day during December and now like yesterday $1.30 for 2658 UV's - Oh the agony of it all - I have been dabbling with Adbrite on some other sites - but the income seems to be worse than Adsense - going to have re-think- and re-organize for for 2008 - My plan was to have 30 sites making 7-10 dollars a day - even rented a server - and now with the income dip I am wondering what will happen!
