    I've browsed on eBay a couple of times...and I would turn away from buying any of the turnkey sites on there. They are usually cloned sites with different domain names. No traffic, no Pagerank, etc.

    If you do find a decent site with good PR, then I would say go for it. But a lot of the sites are junk.
