I never really used Microsoft outlook before,

I have a Dedicated server with Plesk running

Can someone tell me how I find the SMTP server for outgoing for outlook 2007

I can't figure out the address

    Thanks in advance.

    Have you tried:

    mail.youdomain.com

It will probably also ask for a username and password, which should be the same as your incoming mail login.

I think I have tried everything

Godaddy says use k2smtpout.secureserver.net for outgoing mail

I also tried using mail.mydomain with login

I also tried changing ports like they said from default 25 to 3535

    Nothing worked,........:(

I am using outlook 2007 with a plesk cp and a godaddy VPS,

There must be someone that has that config here,

Or can tell me how to fix it :)

Do you have any domains set up on this server?
As Camay said, it's most likely mail.yourdomain.com or maybe smtp.yourdomain.com - You can also try port 26

    Hello sundaybrew,

I am using the older Outlook Express right now sometimes.. Was just wondering if on your newer version if it still has that check box for "My server requires authentication" on mine that must be checked.

Does your incoming mail work at this time?

also, despite the outgoing SMTP server they gave you, it may require additional settings besides authentication, Ask their tech support to email you all the necessary info, let us know though.
