xxxxxx is a recently product name by Yahoo! Inc.... Is there any legel issues? Can i try to sell this domain to Yahoo?
You can try, but I suspect they won't bite. Domain squatting is a difficult industry, as Yahoo! can likely sue you for the domain rights and not have to pay you anything.
It depends on the context of use. "Yahoo" is an actual word. Here are some of the meanings: 1. A crude or brutish person. 2. Not very intelligent or interested in culture. It was also used, way before Yahoo!, in Gulliver's Travels by J. Smith. If you are implying Yahoo as the company Yahoo!, yes there is a problem. However, if you are implying the dictionary versions, you could be ok. It is all in context though. You would be in trouble if you created a directory, SE or anything like Yahoo!'s services on that domain no matter what logic you put behind it. If the website was simply a discussion on the crudeness and lower class mentality of say those who look at porn, you would be fine. As always, you can be taken to court, and while the law might be on your side you still need money for legal fees to get to the ruling.
