Google's Webmaster Central http://www.google.com/webmasters/ Microsoft Live Search's Webmaster Center http://webmaster.live.com/ Yahoo! Search's Resources for Webmasters http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/search/webmaster/webmaster-01.html
Yes its a tool and site explorer will show the links indexed by yahoo. You can use this tool to test which links get indexed by yahoo.
Excellent!!, after reading this thread, I will not bother with the Yahoo Webmaster console. I do not need another account to manage, and it does not appear to offer much. I setup a webmaster console for both MSN live & Google, and submitted sitemaps for all my sites, but until Y does more, I will not bother!! BWC
I dont know about the rest of you, but I find yahoo the hardest to get spidered/listed on. I use their explorer/ with a sitemap with okay results but nothing like google or msn. As far as people with blogs. use a social bookmark and bookmark to your "My yahoo page" and that helps getting articles listed in yahoo. but for other non blog type sites. I find them difficult. Assuming they want you to buy into the directory?
yahoo is keeping their data confidential you need only one thing to rank better that is "yahoo directory submission"
Be aware that Google does not list all your links in the search output or webmaster tool! for example when I check the backlinks of my http://www.gocondotoronto.com/ website in Google I see only 4 links, but from the Google webmaster tool I see 84 links. Actually I have much more links (according to Yahoo and Bing). So don't trust this backlink list from Google. Google does it in order to prevent low rank sites to get a list of their competitor's backlinks, and adding backlinks from the same websites and pages.
