    Hi,

I've recently heard of the Yahoo! Web Hosting. How many people actually use this Hosting? I don't know how popular it is or how good it is.

It would be interesting to see your thoughts on it.

    Thanks,
    Jake Ruston.

Recently yahoo has made its web hosting "UNLIMITED" webspace and "UNLIMITED" bandwidth.

It will be good for small businesses.

Just one de-merit! they won't accept to upload files like .htaccess, so you can't have friendly urls in yahoo web hosting! the urls will be like, id?&=?!!

other than that, everything is unlimited;)

I use it for my Christian music site.

You can't run most scripts on it.

You get a free wordpress blog with it.

    The uptime is great.

It costs to much to not be able to run good scripts on it.

If the yahoo webhosting urls are not search engine friendly it is no use. You can find a lot of hosting sites for a better price.

Yahoo is basically using outdated software. It doesn't allow much freedom when it comes to hosting. I'd recommend choosing an established host other than Yahoo.
