I run 5 different websites and some are high traffic and some are medium-low traffic. One thing they all have in common is as far as search engine traffic Google gives me about 80 percent of it. If you are getting that much traffic from yahoo and none from google then you have some type of problem or misreading.

Well if you have yahoo traffic its still good, just work with that and improve at the same time so you can get google traffic also.

I have 80% of traffic from yahoo and 15% from google for my shopping sites by 6 months now. I noticed google requires strong links to be on top.

Google is more sensitive to dupe content, even pages that have little content are counted as duplicate. Also make sure domain.com and www.domain.com resolve to the same page or it will trigger dupe penalty and get you buried.

Curious - I am seeing the exact opposite. I would say Google doesn't have a dupe content sensitivity.

I have 100% Google traffic and my website is ranked in no other search engine. I tried getting it ranked but it didn't work so I just started concentrating on getting even higher rankings on Google and forget other stuff.

I think google penalize your website so you get very less traffic from google search engine.

In my experience, Google places most rank on inbound links from truly relevant sites rather than bulk of links. Get creative with your link building and google will show some love.
