However, that link does offer $50 off the assisted setup fee or a $50 credit for self-serve sign up. Therefore, we would honor this code. If there is a valid code and page stating "Get Free Assisted Setup $199 value" we would honor that code as well. --- they are blind? the page cleary says "Get Free Assisted Setup $199 value"! im dissapointed with yahoo now.

You forget one thing, Some Yahoo Supports are a little dumb. Send an email without the bolded part and they will surely say that the 199 assisted setup is valid.
i will not send a screenshot because i see that a lot of people have sent the screenshot and they still say that the voucher dont exists. they are crazy! :O

On the contrary I had great experience with their support. It's their interface which needs a complete overhaul.

I clicked the link and I saw the "Get Free Assisted Setup $199 value." on the top right section. However please note that this is a service assistance credit. It means YSM will help you on your ad positioning or optimisation that worth of service credit of $199.
