Yahoo suggested URL Mapping

I recently received a reply from Yahoo:) on the subject of why only our root or homepage is the only page listed in Yahoo. Here is their reply:

SEs don't like indexing pages after the ? so you may like to think about some URL mapping to make the URLs more SE friendly.

Make sure that each page contains different and unique content else it won't meet the criteria of the algorithms.

I’m sure this pertains to our 51 State pages and our listing pages in our directory. (Probably around 1500 pages in all)

    Should I change all them?

If so how would I go about changing the URL’s?
    Example:http://www.americanhomeinspectordirectory.com/idirectory/inspectors.php?st=al

Yes, you should change them. There are ways to do this automatically through a URL-rewrite. I can't give you details, but perhaps googling that will help.
