I have it all the time, but nothinng much ever seems to make it to their index. (I mentioned in another thread that I have a site, which has been around for 4 years, with 614 pages listed in Google, and 3 pages listed in Yahoo. )

Ditto, nadlay. Slurp pops in regularly and then every now and then goes on a Slurp frenzy -- but whether it's browsing or slurping doesn't seem to have any real effect on what it actually adds to the index...

Didn't check yesterday or over the weekend but Slurp has hit me 12 times so far today. Most active today seems to be Google images. Has hit 195 pages so fat today and still going.

That would make sense if you're talking about the site in your sig...

For your sake, I'm hoping that's a typo and not a description of the "brides"...

Of course not....well maybe a few? :p One of these days I'm going to get software that lets me talk to the computer instead of typing. But then I'd have to learn to talk properly. :) How tough would it be to add spell check to the forum???

I've just been checking my logs and on Oct 9th Yahoo slurped 1383 pages on my site between 3 am and 11 pm, then on the 10th, grabbed 100 more pages. --- Busy little bot!

Sometimes it is... I've observed that sort of feeding frenzy with Slurp too. But the burning question on everyone's lips is: What the heck is it doing with all that data after it gathers it?

Maybe he just pigs out and doesn't take any back to the Y engineers... They're saying: We send out the good little slurp, but why doesn't he seem to find anything ?
