Yahoo SERP dissapeared

    Hi,

    New to yahoo. Much of my focus has been on google. Was ranked on page 1 for a specific phrase and now i've dissapeared off yahoo for that page all together....any ideas?

    Yahoo gives more priority to On-page factors like <h1>, <b>, <i> and contents. Concentrate on your on-page strategy.

    I agree w/ sherone's post. Yahoo give much importance to the content of your site. For them, contents plus other on-page stuffs weigh heavier compare to back links.

    I understand. Its just odd that it dropped like a rock. Didn't really change anything to the page itself. It was just a product page. Weird...

    Hello,

    if you want to maintain your SERP in yahoo, then you need must need strong onpage optimization on different time period because Yahoo giving more importance to H1, Strong, Anchor text.

    Do strong onpage optimization if you want rank in yahoo again.

    Yahoo altogether use different algorithm, it gives priority to content. make a article of atleast 500 words with proper keywords.
