Yahoo SEO!?

I was checking my referal stats for a website earlier and noticed i had top 1-3 rankings for some subpages on the blog. Before i was nowhere to be seen, and just found my index page #98 on, which shocked me as i never get traffic from Yahoo...

Any ideas how i can improve my index rankings?

I paid last year too. Try submitting to the insurance cat to see what I mean.

Whether you get listed is another matter.

 

Yahoo directory is free for all non-commercial websites. But there is no guarantee when the website will be included in the directory if it ever will...

If you pay, it usually takes about a week before they list you...

which site?

 

6 months ago, when I did a test for Yahoo!, it was all about one-way links. Directory submissions worked wonders. Spent $2k and got a couple hundred directory links. Few weeks later I was #1-3 for target keyword.

My assessment: More one-way links you have, the better your rankings will be...and stay...in Y!.

I already have quality backlinks, so i'm guessing get more? I'm ranked well on MSN and Google just abit puzzled doing SEO for Yahoo!
