    First go to http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/ and enter the site you want to submit.

    This will take you to the Free Yahoo Account Setup. Create your account. Then signin.

    It will take you to the Yahoo Site Explorer web site and you can then submit your site via the XML Sitemap that you use for Google and BING (MSN)

    I would say concentrate doing SEO for Google and if you do a good job you will have some rankings in MSN and Yahoo!
