Ranks for what keyword? Did you checked if that keyword has many searches or not? Anyway, just go on with your link building and promotions for your site.

edc I don't think so u need any expert just submit your site to the yahoo directories and you may assign a content writer for your keyword. Then you may have evaluate after a month. You may start ranking by then. PM me with the url and may be I can help you.
I submitted my site to the Yahoo directory a couple of days ago - It is still pending. Now I need to push my site up the SERP's as quick as possible. Anyone interested in helping?
what is the age of the domain?one of the most important thing at yahoo serps is domain age.If it's over 1 year, you can pm me as long as you pay well.

remove top 10 from titel tag , put exact keyword in starting on titel tag.If possiable change subdomain also to keywrd and redirect,that will make your site around 5th place with out any extra work.if u have some decent income buy yahoo dir link. I have one hosting site which ranks in yahoo but no traffic or much income on it.So dont expect much after u get into top ten also from yahoo.
You may want to have a look at How to Optimize for Yahoo! and try to implement as much of the recommendations there. You can then see what "SEO Experts" can then add to that.
