Hi, -I got a call from my Bank saying that yahoo is billing your card with an interval of 1 hours and the requests are $1 each with 20+ request. The Bank find it suspicious and called me they say they cant refund the amount as i have to contact Yahoo. -I send the yahoo email from their online form but it shows me blank page after sending the email. And a copy of that email didnt reachead my mail box. And the billing history shows only the domain name price not the $1 transcations that are deducted from my bank. -Anyone have this kind of problem before with yahoo domain billing department. Regards.
Never had that problem. I would certainly try and get a contact phone number and contact them about it. Make sure you have all relative documents from your bank so you can talk to them on command about it. Brad
My Bank will Generate the Bill on the 17th of every month. So i have all the details than in my hand. I Get the Time/Date When the Request is made by Yahoo in Hand. I emailed the Yahoo 18hrs back but no responce yet. I am in Pakistan so Telephonic Contact cost my another 10-15$ What else i can do ?
Welcome to my life. I got a free $25 yahoo coupon, hey free advertising right. Ok I open the account, enter a $5 daily budget to space it out over a few days. The next day I wake up and find out they are billing my card in x minute intervals of $5. They took out $300 + ! I called them, and I must say, excellent support. Completly an error on their end. They said 1. It had the $5 budget and just went over it somehow and 2. It shouldn't take less than $25 at a time from the card anyways. --- Long story short, the money is back on my card and I got the free advertising ---- If you can't get them on the phone, I guess just make sure the bank refuses all charges from now on, and wait for yahoo's mail.
Can i have the Yahoo Phone Number Just In Case. Yes i temp blocked my Card. And waiting for the Yahoo Email. thanks for sharing. this make me feel some what relaxed that if get them in contact i have some hope of refund. have a nice day.
You know, I looked for the number, but I deleted it. I remember I couldn't find it in the first place, ended up calling another department and they tranfered me.
Well good to see they refunded the extra as their mistake. Then again you would expect a company as large as Yahoo to do that. Otherwise there would be alot of bad publicity. Brad
Atlast after 2 days i got an email from yahoo saying to confirm the identity so that they look into the matter. I know company is big and i happy they contact me back to resolve the issue some times these kinds of problems occur and i know the issue will be resolve at their end.
