Yahoo Search Submit Express & Ranking

    Hello all

    i'm wondering about the benefit of "Yahoo Search Submit Express".

    yahoo will manually review the site for a fee $10-$49 if they accept they will include in yahoo index. once there are seaches related to the accepted site, they will show the result and pay for a flat rate CPC ( depending on category ).

    does anyone know how do they rank among accepted site?

    also, does anyone experience the higher ranking benefit if join this program?
