    They won't, they will have to keep paying a high rev share inorder to keep revenues up. Since Microsoft is going away, their biggest partner, they will be losing hundreds of millions of dollars per year.

    I am personally curious about the yahoo! music part. Unlimited downloads for 10 a month? Hmm... I thought they had to pay a consistent fee for each downloadable item?

    Yahoo music uses a drm, so that you have to keep up the subcripition in order to keep playing the music. After 30 days you have to pay again or you can't play again.

    I guess that is how they get off charging lower fees.
