    Your really Complaining?? You could go to jail for "FRAUD" by using a False SSN, etc.. you knew the rules. I am sorry you lost your 5K but here in the States you would probably be in Jail for What you did.

    Lesson learned folks, The rules state you must be in the states to use YPN Plain and simple.

    I've never used Yahoo for this pupose but judging by what you've said, its your own poor business habits that have caused this, it has nothing to do with their program.
