    Does anyone know if the YPN is out of Beta yet? Anyone been accepted recently, I sent in an application a month ago, and still haven't received a reply.

    its still in BETA but you can apply if you are in the US and have a social security number or employer identification number.

    YPN is still in beta, you can read about this program here:

    In addition, you can follow their blog for current information:

    I started with YPN around the first of the year, so there is no telling how long that they will remain in beta.
