I read the post from Techcrunch about YPN which will close at April 30, 2010. Do any YPN members receive this email? I am also curious to know what relationship between Yahoo and Chitika? I wouldn't trust this. Yahoo would not abandon a service that quick ( which they are partially for smaller publishers). This seems like either an april fools joke, or a chicitka trying to gain market share.... they would never referrer another company when they there own media networks such as right, and a few others ( even thou right is just a platform)
I don't think this is a joke, they sent out the mail to every pulishers. It's not surprising that Yahoo is closing its services one by one
I have heard rumors of this, but I have not really be able to confirm it. I certainly hope that it is not true, so please keep us updated if you can.
