I haven't yet got chance to use the link and start with ypn (site too slow).

Has anyone here got chance to go over TOS? How it compares with adsense TOS?

Overall, the two are fairly similar, as one would expect.

It's much more shorter than Google's rules...until Yahoo starts geting the cheaters! I don't even see it say you can't click you're own links!!!!

    https://publisher.yahoo.com/legal/tos/

And it looks like there's no rule saying you can't reveal you're earnings. NDA?

Actually, now that I look at it, what you linked to is the publisher.yahoo.com website terms. There is a much different page of terms that publishers agree to for the actual YPN program.

Can you post the link to it, or is it still only accessible to beta testers?

    These 2 are just weird...

We will not show results on pages that contain problematic content, including but not limited to:
Political, religious or charitable organizations, issues or causes
The sale of products from any of the following countries: The Balkans, Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, The Sudan, Syria or Zimbabwe

So now Yahoo is involved in politics?

It does seem odd with the politics point. However what I find more odd is charitable organizations. I don't see a reason why they wouldnt want a charity to get pay. Google is all about displaying a positive message to the public by having PDA ads which are full of charities. I dont think YPN! has or will have PDA's or do they?

Politics is business. Free trade. :/

How many Nigerians do you do business with?

    It's a little of topic but kinda-sorta relevant :)

Well you can borrow some money from this Nigerian:
Or sell this gentleman something (I'm not exactly sure what though? ):
Or sell this gentleman your car if you need some quick cash:
    Ssssiiigggghhhhh . .

I get about 1,000 of these a day on my 403 block page.

Because people will click on the ads just for the benefit of the charities - not because they are actually interested in what is being advertised.
