How many people here make more money showing non relevant ads then revelent ads in Yahoo Publihser Network.

I did at one time.

 

I was asking this beacuse many people are saying that they make more money showing the non revelent better payings ads then the revelent ads. At the end they get a lower ctr but higher payout.

 

So how do you know (looking at just the reports) which income came from relevent ads and which came from RON ads?

 

I'm talking about people using ad targeting so they could display different ads so all they have to do is check the daily revenue they make with no ad targeting and with ad targeting and ad targeting makes them more even if they are not that relevant to there website.

 

In my experience, ad targeting seems to pull up high paying ads for me.

 

I do...way more.

 

Do you think Yahoo will get angry if we put non revelent ads in are websites?

 

Well, I don't know how angry a Web site can get...

But they gave us the option, so I'm going to use it until they drop kick me and tell me not to.

 

If you set-up a catagory upon the website and the target catagory isn't targetted towards your site. Then you are setting non-relvant ads on your website.

No, they don't care. They will not ban you because of it.
