Yes there are many pr 10 websites out there on internet.

 

I have known for years that yahoo got pr10

 

a lot of sites have pr10 and they are mainly of big IT companies or institutions like nasa

 

i think ebay is a 9 or 10 but that just shows how hard it gets

 

whitehouse.gov is a pr 10

 

Google said so it is so

My guess would be tho, a lot of sites linking to the bio's / info pages. Sites like that get tons of free one way links.

I would not worry about PR10 sites (unless you can a free link from there)

 

Only the super of "superpowers" get such a 'perfect' rating.

 

i also noticed that yahoo were PR10 the other day, Google UK is only PR8 i beleive. and no, there are many PR10 sites including nasa, adobe and bbc.co.uk also used to be PR10
