    PR and SERP - are 2 different things. You should not mix them - you can check what page you are on manually through your browser

    Yes it sounds like you're just looking to find your ranking in Yahoo's search results. You can just search manually or there are numerous websites that help you check rankings.

    Yahoo does have a PR type measurement but they do not publish it. I think they might've had it as part of their browser toolbar a while back, but it was turned off shortly after.
