    Theres a thing called PR in MSN Webmaster Tools.. donno if its same as Google PR.

    Page Rank is a Google invention, MSN and Yahoo may have some barometers of measures for web sites, but certainly not named as Page Rank or PR.

    There has been a recent development about Microsoft mentioning that they want to create their own ranking system called BrowseRank. It's still in the pipeline...

    Microsoft have their own 'Rank' in Webmaster Tools and range from 1 to 5. It's not public which is a good thing imo.

    BrowseRank is nothing new, it's just one factor in the ranking algorithm of all search engines since ages :p
