We have a php script which can send unlimited yahoo messages from our host. we used it for our billing replies. but now there is a problem for sending. i think it's for php.ini settings. because before our php.ini was on the root of server. but now, admin of sever put it on public_html folder. how can i change the settings of my php.ini

    tnx a lot

    Simply edit php.ini
There must be somewhere in your website main directory on in your cPanel.
