    Yahoo just announced plans to acquire ad network interclick for $9 a share.

    Is this a good move or bad move ? Or they should not spend that money ?

    Seem like those actions still unable to bring yahoo to survive in search engine .
    We believe it hard to over take google but atleast they need to master the market by 30% in order to survive.
