Hello guys, Is anybody familiar with yahoo pipes? I've merged a feed in yahoo pipes but at times i get two or more same feed title in my resultant feed because two or more of the orginal feed i merged would be posting the same story. The question is does anybody know how to filter it in a way that i wouldn't get repeated/same story titles in the pipes feed? cheers.
See, as far as yahoo Pipes is concerned, it has options to filter out some keywords from a particular feed you have added but I am not sure if there is an option to filter the unknown thing which is going to be displayed in future. I think you will to completely monitor yourself in such case. Apart from this, here is a website which can serve as a guidance for filtering options, with screenshots to help you out. hxxp://lifehacker.com/software/feeds/geek-to-live--create-your-master-%20feed-with-yahoo-pipes-235726.php%20target=
cheers bruv. i read that site earlier but it didn't show how to filter/prevent two or more feeds merged to produce the same news headlines. Anyway, i believe since it's in beta, it hasn't incorporated that function yet. tnx.
