    I got my payment pending message today from YPN.
    Im in Virginia usa and my payment method is paypal :)

    I'm pretty sure everybody is still pending. Payout is usually on the 26th, it happened to be on a weekend.

    I bet the mass pay will be sent out tonight. For some reason Yahoo can't send payments during the weekend but can send them out way after business hours.

    a litte higher cpc but less ctr.. least for me anyway.
