    Hello,

I have a Yahoo Search Campaign currently active. The paid traffic is not showing up in Google Analytics. After doing some research online, I find that the Yahoo tracking URLs must be turned on.

Currently the tracking URLs are turned on, and still no traffic.

do i need to change a setting within Google Analytics? Are my tracking URLs old?

    any suggestions?

    Thanks a million

P.S. Here is an example of one of my destination URLs from Yahoo

I have the same problem as well, you probably should look at third party tracking software

    Thanks for your feedback javaongsan,

I have the new yahoo tracking software installed within the site. However i would like to keep everything through Google Analytics. - I know you can set google analytics to track yahoo traffic - however - the numbers are just not adding up....

You don't need to put the variable at the end of your URL, as Yahoo automatically sends it to your site, if you have selected the 'Tracking URLS feature'
You will do this by going to the tab field on ADMINISTRATION >> TRACKING URLs

and you will see it in analytics

I have exactly this problem my site!
Over a 13 day period - Analytics said I had 188 visits 111 from Google.
However over the same period, I paid for 120 clicks through Yahoo ..... sumthin ain't adding up !!!

How do I go about resolving this ? And who should I talk to ?

    Looking forward to your input

    Kevinarmstrong,

I have the same problem, contacted Yahoo but there are no help at all. The only thing they suggested was to create a Yahoo analytics as they explained that Analytics do not read Yahoo's coding. He further explained that a lot of the Yahoo PCC client also have the same problem but Yahoo do not seem interested in making any changing to make our life easier...

What I do was create an Analytics URL builder and slowly track from there. Even so, Analytics was only able to track 45% of the clicks compared to what is stated in Yahoo.
