yahoo online/offline

    how can i see the online/offline message in the right corner even if i watch a movie or play a game, anyone know??? pls reply

    Messenger -> Preferences -> Messages -> Check "Show messages from background window...."

    I tried to use Yahoo Messenger before-- that's before I had a hard time connecting with the system.
    Offline messages don't appear and my contacts said that they can't see me online, even if YM says I am online!
    I am not so sure about it, but others like Gtalk, skype, works best for me.

    yea well yahoo is having many problems, like when i play big games online and wanna talk with someone while i play im using skype couse the sound is much better

    very probably it is, i had problems when i tryed to record games and the audio was terrible (on my old pc didnt had these kind of issues), i think is the sound card.. :)
