Yahoo News keeps on blocking my IP

I am using a Yahoo RSS feed on a few sites to display Yahoo Business News.

It used to work fine for a long time but now I am pretty sure that my IP keeps on getting blocked and the news feed are empty.

As soon as I change the IP everything is back to normal for a few days
but then the news feeds are empty again...

Is there some sort of limit which I am not aware of?

    Thanks everyone,

    Enzo

if you are not already doing so, you may need to implement caching so that you don't hammer their servers every time there is a site request... just a thought

they limit the nubmer of request you get in a certain time period

you have to cache the results

yeah I thought of that but had some problems chmoding cache folder to 777 via script.

Do you think that around 500-1000 requests per day is too many?

    Thanks for your replies m8ts.

    ok last question (hopefully):

After I implement caching successfully, I need to change my server IP again, right?
or does Y unblock IP's after a certain time?

    Thanks again,

    Enzo

How do you implement caching? Is there a way for you to explain what I need to do?
