Yahoo never gives Traffic :(

Care to share some ideas on what the approach should be?

I've not had much love with Yahoo, either. But there we go. I will keep trying!

 

yahoo is being great now.. I rank #1 for Free Online Entertainment, google mini games ect....

I would not complain much about Yahoo traffic. It will give you traffic sooner or later if you are on the first page. People still use Yahoo especially to look for entertainment.

 

Yahoo gives me like, 1% of total traffic, even on entertainment but what work for Google will work for Yahoo, sooner or later.

 

yahoo mostly just follows google's indexes lol.. most just rank better

 

I never use Hotmail

 

I use Yahoo Answers to answer relevant questions in their computer forums, where I leave a link to my sites. This has increased visitors - but of course it's a bit time consuming...

 

Combine Yahoo and MSN and it will still mean little or no traffic-LOL

 

It gives you plenty... just takes a little bit longer

 

I've ranked pos. 1-2 on yahoo and msn for so many great keywords many times and it's like %0.4 of what google would send for same keywords.

 

Look at the bright side. If Microsoft buys Yahoo, you are bound to get even less traffic!

 

yahoo doesn't share anything with webmasters but trying to sell spaces from its directory!

If you rank top 3 on Yahoo you will traffic, when Google drop one of my sites, I'm getting around 3K visitors from Yahoo and MSN....

 

I get some traffic from Yahoo. It does take different techniques to rank well in Yahoo.

 

You are right... about 75-80% of my search engine traffics came from GOOGLE....
