Yahoo & MSN have picked it up but not Google.

I am currently looking after one website for a friends work, I made some SEO changes (description, title tags, started getting some links etc.) around 2 weeks ago. The website was all ready listed on all the major search engines. Yahoo & MSN have picked up the changes but Google hasn't - my question is how long does it take the Google crawlers to "re-crawl" a page and why would Yahoo & MSN found and made the changes to their SERP's but not Google?

    Thanks guys, much appreciated.

    The best bet is
    1. submit a latest sitemap
    2. Get text links from google indexed pages. e.g. here.
Add it in autosignature of the forum use participate. They are generally well-indexed.

If you have backlinks, googlebot shall visit your website everyday. And normally it's about 1 week to 3 week for google to index a modified website (my own experience).
