Yahoo Messenger Internet Script Error

hey guys I am facing this error whenever I try to chat on yahoo msger. I tried Uninstalling yahoo msger and installed the latest version and also update the latest version of Java but keep getting error. So please can anyone give some sggestion how to fix this problem. I searched google and but didn't find any helpful suggestion..

 

yea even I had this problem twice although dint find any solution for it so had to format my pc

 

Damn!! I don't wanna format PC again . Hopefully someone will post a solution

 

I apologise to bump this thread after one month of last post but i am also having the same problem with my messenger and while looking for the solution to the problem i found this thread so posting here only

If anyone can help us out from this problem then it would be greatly appreciated

you should reinstall Yahoo Messenger

 

i already did that but it dint' sorted out the prob

i uninstalled some programmes yesterday and it stopped working since then only

seems like some shared system file was deleted while uninstalling those programmes because of which its not workiing

 

How to fix this :

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Tools -> Internet Options
3. Select "Advanced" tab
4. Scroll down until you see "Browsing" label
5. Enable "Disable script debugging"

Save settings, close IE, restart Yahoo - no errors

i can't see the messages we send or receive in the IM window

 

Then there's something wrong with your OS version ( probably updates ) .. I'm using Yahoo for a while and never saw this error ( IE7 ).
Anyhow - good luck in finding a solution ..

 

well it was working fine 2 days back but stopped working since i uninstalled 2-3 heavy programmes from my system including visual studio 2008

maybe some shared system file got deleted
